The Breakfast with Our Boy’s Series is an award winning 501 (c) 3 non Profit, male youth program, serving boys 10-15 years of age. Some of the topics we discuss at our events, include proper dining etiquette, professional presentation, leadership, academic and professional goal setting, and dating do’s and don’ts which is vital to both their personal and professional growth. Our team encourages community involvement, intensive self-reflection, positive critical thinking habits, and self-accountability. Our goal is to provide the youth with positive male role models, help reduce truancy as well as their involvement in the criminal justice system. The Breakfast with Our Boys series was founded by, 2x Best-Selling Author, and Life Coach Randall E. Toby.

A group of business professionals, entrepreneurs, residents, and community leaders are chosen as guest speakers for each event to share their stories, advice and wisdom. Breakfast with Our Boy’s was officially launched on Saturday, January 26, 2019 in Burlington, New Jersey and our New York chapter is scheduled to launch in 2021! Our program is financed by donations, sponsors, and individuals in the community who share our mission to prepare the next generation to succeed.
